The Japanese automaker, Nissan has been producing high quality cars since 1934. They have shown their success as one of the top three Asian rivals of the "big three" in the U.S. In fact, they are presently the third largest Japanese car manufacturer. The hybrid version of Nissan Altima has a 2.5 liter engine, CVT and an electric motor. It also boasts fuel efficiency of 42 mpg in city driving and 36 on the highway.
